@axxxxess No no no. SOMEHOW it says that the music is in the video when it isn't in the video at all. Since it's labelled as having the music in it,she does not get ANY money from that video. Her occupation is vlogging EVERY single day freelance, so that's like doing a day of work but not getting paid.

The Durutti Column doesn't own this channel therefore the poor person who uploaded this video has no idea what you guys are talking about… leave the situation alone, Kate's dealing with it, adding hate comments will probably just make things worst. This is all probably a mix up. KZbin is always buggy.

youtube said that the video i made contains this song. my video does not contain this song or anything that sounds like this. whats up with the copyright policies? if youtube says that my video contains this music even though it does not, then something is wrong with youtube policies!!!!!!

Disgusting human beings filing fake copyright claims on movies that don't have their songs anywhere in them, just to steal money from the creators of the videos being reported. Hopefully word spreads of what they're doing and they don't make another sale or at least have their "work" taken off of youtube, it would serve them right. Please thumb this up if you are against failed artists stealing from true artists, or anything similar to that.

@RappingSistahs if you read the comments youll see that the uploader of this video has nothing to do with what happened with kates video... which is why i appologized to the uploader not the artist themselves,and im pretty sure kate would agree that talking shit to someone who has nothing to do with what happened is stupid.its not fair to kate nor is it fair to the uploader of this video.
