A lost hidden gold mine inspires a man to hunt for the lost treasure. The Dutchman's gold naturally causes greed and despair for those that chase after material rewards ; each one falling prey to distrust and fears. Its a movie with a strong message - we all have our inner white whale ( the prize we think will be our ultimate trophy) yet there's a real fight on, and that's with our own Egotism. Entertaining fruitful and rather philosophical film with humorous touches.

I don’t know why ya’ll hating on this movie. I’m loving it. I like the characters. The novelty of it. Feels influenced by the likes of Tarantino movies mixed with Hang ‘Em High and The Machinist. I’m entertained and enjoy the humor in the movie. I think it’s a good movie! ❤

They're out there hunting for gold, from an unwritten treasure map, where the sound score, is as screwy as the greedy gold hunters. Like the dynamite fuse the story is slow paced, if you have the time to see this through until the end... "BOOM !! "

Interesting story with good acting. I thought the main character James was little bit shallow however the private investigator did a good job putting together the whole story.

I hated it! At the same time I freakin really like it. Human nature. Why do we do it to ourselves? Even when we try and do good deeds or improve ourselves, we get punished. And Im not a pessimist at all. Cyniscism besetts us all, eventually. Good movie.

And FYI: Daffy Duck is a coot, crossed with a loon -- not a duck. It's always, "woo-hoo." And while I'm at it, the Vernal Equinox of 2030, marks the Beginning of the Third 1000-year Days of Heaven, since Jesus taught us, ALL men are brothers, love one another, and be perfect, and was then crucified in the year we now call 30 AD.

Your comment was an interesting read. Wasn't he 30 when crucified? I find aspects of the Bible like a book of Chinese whispers, too many contributors adding & taking away from the Christian recipe of brotherhood, plus there's an old & new testament, you need to have the skill set of a theologian to understand anything.
