The Earl Grey Mar-TEA-ni cocktail from Steve The Bartenders Book / Episode 42

This is how to make the Earl Grey Marteani cocktail by Audrey Saunders from ‪@StevetheBartender_‬ cocktail book.
This is a delicious twist on a Gin Sour.
To make the infused Tanqueray gin take 2 Tbsps of loose leaf Earl Grey tea and add to 375ml gin and leave to infuse for about 20mins. Then strain out and keep in a jar or bottle until ready to use.
