I have seen a wild Grizzly run at full gallop....he was about 40 feet from me at the time, and thankfully, he was running away after busting out of the bush in front of me. My brother and I knew he was there, and so we were making lots of noise so that he would not be surprised. All I can say is that he was much, much faster than I would have ever imagined, and he was extremely light on his toes. He crossed the trail and disappeared into the bush again on the other side. We got the heck out of there quickly. I have no doubt that over short distances at least, a Grizzly could catch a horse. I can only imagine how fast and agile the Giant Short-Faced Bear would be. No chance at all of ever getting away, none.

I know exactly how the Saber Tooth Cat used its great fangs. I would like to tell you guys and you guys tell all your subscribers and this will go down in history blogs all over the world . We solved this issue. We as in "fans of your show" I think it would be nice to announce this information on your show. We have been working on this collectively as fans of the show. You tell everyone this. Sabertooth cats hunted with their mouth closed . The fangs protruded beyond the lower jaw and was able to poke the pray animal. The skull as anchor . The over muscular front arms 2 more achor points. 3 anchor points to hold on as long a possible and cause the pray to be top heavy and tip over. Mammoth, Rhino , Bison . The fangs gave them a very secure anchor point . I hope you claime this information and make a show ASAP. It important to "post first" #1 And to be the 1st To tell everyone what "WE" discovered. Saber Tooth Cats hunted with their mouth CLOSED. The fangs were employed into the pray by being long and growing beyond the lower jaw when closed. Normal cat anchor points- 2 front arms. Savertooth cat anchor points. 2 over muscular front arms and sabertooths fangs jutting beyond the lower jaw to add another anchor point. 50% more anchor points than a regular cat. This is new. Nobody is twlling this story at all. .you should be the first. And this will be history.
