● Enoki mushroom: 1 package
● Rice oil (regular oil will work, but rice oil will make it more assertive)
● Water: 100ml
● Sake: 1 tablespoon
● Mirin: 1 tablespoon
● Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
● Noodle soup base (3 to 4 times concentrated): 1/2 tablespoon
● Grated Ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
● Mix starch with water: 1/2 tablespoon
● Dried bonito
● Green onion
● Wasabi
