This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "diet female bodybuilding" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Davidbiy Bodybuilder Tipster - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my brother in law got excellent success with it.

This was great, I've been looking for "beef shank bone in calories" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Giyatthew Vanharlotte Release - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? It is an awesome one off guide for building body strength without the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my best friend Jordan after a lifetime of fighting got excellent success with it.

Thanks bro, just what I was looking for. Deep into my cut now and my body is fighting me to get below 10 percent. A real pain in the ass. I think I want to swap chicken out for steak 90 percent of the time. You get all the protein with less calories if it’s a top sirloin and very lean. I definitely need a better scale. Mine almost crashes anything over 4 ounces lol

But what about the oil you put in the pan to fry the chicken? It adds alot more calories and screws the ration cause its not really 30.6 of chicken, its somewhat less but the oil adds another weight and lots of calories
@CarterHuddleston

Unless you’re dumping a bunch of butter in the pan, a little non-stick spray won’t add nearly any calories or weight.

@@CarterHuddleston i calculated this when i coocked it last week, i put 20 grams of oil in the pan and put 100 grams of chicken breast, after i coocked it there was only 10 grams of oil in the pan wich means the chicken absorbed 10 grams of oil wich is 85 calories

Cooked Weight it cooked
@drboyton1
@drboyton1 4 жыл бұрын
Nope. Weigh it raw. It's more accurate. You don't know how "well done" your cooked piece of meat is. ie: How much water weight have you cooked out of it? Weigh your entire batch of chicken that you're about to cook, then once cooked, use your scale to evenly distribute your chicken between however many meals you're making. Then take the raw weight, and divide by the number of meals. That's how much chicken you have per meal.

Great and simple method thanks for that. Does it apply to all foods?
@CarterHuddleston
@CarterHuddleston 6 жыл бұрын
I'm sure it could be applied to any foods that weigh differently cooked vs uncooked. Be sure to keep anything you can consistent between trials though.
@tiffanyjade6024
@tiffanyjade6024 5 жыл бұрын
I think you should calculate raw. Because that's what you are eating. The meat shrinks but that is still the amount of meat it took to make the amount it did. It's the same with adding oil. Alot of the oil burns off. But you still add the amount you used to begin with to your macro calculations for the day. Also, I think what's important to know is how the orgs who created the macros factored in cooked cooked macros vs. uncooked.
@CarterHuddleston
@CarterHuddleston 5 жыл бұрын
Not sure if you are disagreeing with my method or not but if so, I'm not sure you understand the point of the ratio, as mentioned in the video. You weigh the entirety the meat raw, then weigh again cooked. You obtain the ratio and that's what you use as a multiplier when weighing your cooked meat before eating it to ensure the macros are accurate.

He's saying the calories on the label are for the raw weight. When you cook it the weight changes so using the cooked weight is inaccurate.

Why multiple by 1.24?
@CarterHuddleston
@CarterHuddleston 5 жыл бұрын
It's the weight ratio between the raw and cooked chicken. The macros on the package are for weights of the chicken when it's raw. The weight will decrease when you cook it and may vary depending on how long, seasonings, etc. But when we weigh chicken before we eat it, its obviously cooked. So we multiply by the factor so the macros we are tracking are for the raw meat. Did that answer your question?

@CarterHuddleston
@CarterHuddleston 6 жыл бұрын
Weighing rice dry is the right way. I don't cook rice in bulk because it gets stale, but if you do I imagine the ratio rule would apply. I would be sure to use the same amount of water each time though. If the rice absorbs more water while cooking, I'm sure it will affect the weight.

123 GRAMS IS JUST OVER 4OZ BUT U WOULDN'T SAY THAT ALL U HAD TO START OFF WITH IS JUST OVER 4OZ OF CHICKEN. U WOULD B SELLING YOURSELF SHORT. IF U PUT IN MYFITNESSPAL THAT ALL U HAD WAS 4OZ OF CHICKEN THEN WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER ALMOST 4OZ THAT U STARTED OFF WITH. U GON BE LOGGING ONLY 4OZ INSTEAD OF ALMOST 8OZ. I ALWAYS WEIGH RAW AND DIVIDE IT BY HOW MANY SERVINGS I PLAN ON EATING

Because the nutrition facts are for the raw meat. So 8oz of raw chicken is 200 calories when you cook it , it's only 6 ounces but still 200 calories. Then you measure out 8 ounces cooked chicken so you're eating 300 calories of chicken thinking it's 200.
