Morten, this is one of the best you presented till today, if not THE best. Amazing detailed urban shots, crisp lights, and textures, and mysterious clouds motion. I think I recognized Guilin and it's surroundings, Yangshou and, of course, Hong-Kong. The perspective you gave to these fascinating places is unique and almost gives us a chance to be in contact with the hidden soul of them. It is not just the high technical level of shooting and post-processing (which, of course, I'm still jealous at), but a deep touching motion view of very unique parts of our Globe, which you edited so wisely, so beautifully. Thank you, Morten, for sharing it.

Loved the inclusion of people and urban environments in this one! The transition between landscape and city scale was seamless, and I loved the new shot styles. The shot moving through the window was brilliant, and the hyper lapse at the end was just spectacular. You never cease to inspire me. Thank you for sharing your art, Morten.

Jon Henning I like it too.. I assume Morten is experimenting w the drone footage and people.. This isn’t representative of Morten’s “classic style”, but I like the fact he is exploring other cinematic styles and images, or subjects. His evolution will be interesting.

You are becoming quite the penultimate producer of timelapse video. Just incredible. I will say, having traveled to The East several times myself, that such high density population centers are a bit scary and foreboding. For me, the music and even the circular movements of the cam (or perhaps just the video in post) add to a sense of dynamic tension. Really excellent work.

Very happy that you visited my home country, and I recognised some places in this video :) You did a great job presenting the nature and cityscape, and it is interesting to see that you captured some details I wouldn't have noticed normally. 2:04 - 2:15 was so beautiful. I could just watch that loop over and over. Beautiful shot after beautiful shot in this video. Must have taken so long make this film. Sometimes I think it would be nice to just let a scene ‘be’ for a while eg the 2:04 scene. Then back into time-lapse when the viewer has enjoyed the peace of the scene. Not a criticism, just personal taste 🙏🏻 GREAT work here all round, Morten 🙏🏻👍🏻

Hi Morten, I really love your work and it is a constant form of inspiration to me, thus I have to be critical about this. I have mixed feelings about this video in that it has the type of nature shots that you are a master at and some new urban and people sequences that in my very personal opinion don’t blend that well with the rest. As it has been already said below, I think people shots don’t lend themselves that well to timelapse, I got an unnatural feeling, same with some shots that don’t have that much moving and thus don’t convey the sense of time passing. Some shots felt more like regular “video” more than timlapse. It could be me, as I’m so fond of your classic nature sequences...even though I appreciated the cityscapes and skyline shots in this video as well, I probably wasn’t prepared to such a different type of video. Hope this doesn’t come across the wrong way... Best
