The taste of East Indian cuisine is unbeatable. Even the keemath increases your appetite. Sukhala,. Just eat n enjoy the variety of dishes. The green stew is a little pungent dish is given the name for it's added green chiliies, green coriander n mint. Every dish has it's Love in it. Yes, it is a memory forever.

This is so similar to Malabar cuisine in kerala. We have our own version of mutton stew, Fish moilee, breads and cutlets and ghee rice.

Watching the video here in Ottawa makes me miss my mum who passed away recently even more. I definitely miss the food !! Thankfully I still get a fresh batch of bottle masala from my family & friends back home - Sukala
