Today I'll show you the easiest way to tame pyromanes in the center, getting you to tame a 150 pyromane with 100% taming effectiveness. The raft will be the most needed and useful tool for this, so always have some spare resources to repair or replace since giant whales can and will damage the boat if they see you. You can as well gather some turtles in a raft and then jump with the pyromane into that. Just to make sure you won’t run out of time incase nothing spawns nearby

good thing about that island infront of volcano island, always have something, normally dodos so you dont have to worry about running out of time, unless someone foundation spawn that are like on some servers I have seen 😡😡

Hey great video! Love the idea of the submerged trap for transporting. My main issue was that there were rarely other dinos around during the taming process. I wish I knew this before I lost 3 of my tames to this damn fire cat.

The people blocking spawns is crazy. I was lucky to be one of the first before people started building up but the good thing is that with the boat you can move it around to any island that yuou know that has dinos so is a matter of having a destination before getting the pyro trap cause soemtimes when you leave render and they are in the trap they despawn.

When you're on the beach opposite lava be careful. There's an instant kill mesh spot right around 27 52.

A tip I like to do is keep from killing turtles. When low health find something else and turtle will heal to use on another Pyro tame. Lure few turtles to same area and you can use them for multiple pyros.

Keep a few fishing rods loaded with honey on your raft. Whenever you're crossing over the deep water remove the honey from a rod and put it in your hotbar. If a leed comes at you just throw the honey off the back of the raft to distract it then keep moving. If you make it across without encountering a leed put the honey back on the rod so it doesn't spoil. Always keep honey and repaid mats on every raft.

For sure, you need to absorb it by using R1 + L2 if im not mistaken, when you mount it it should show you a list of commands on the middle right part of your screen, you need to flame absorb which i think is R1 + L2

Wait I’m confused on how to absorb the full bar I get it full and then what cause that’s where the taming comes

so you have a X% per full bar if you get half the bar then you get 50% of that X% you will never tame the pyro with just one bar, but you can also absorb a little by little but will lower then taming effectives nes if I'm not mistaken

No, unless the time is about to expire, but if not i try to fill the bar before absorbing, or if you are too damage to heal

I’ve used trikes as well. Hitting them head on doesn’t do much damage but build up fire quickly. I think you should have mentioned in the video that you are using the fire drain while fighting stuff.

The cltrl-RMB = Melee / Whip That is the keybind name for CTRL. If you rebind it away from the ctrl, then the ctrl-RMB will not work. Just FYI (now I gotta figure out why taming effectiveness drops as you kill which nobody has gone over the mechanics of)

If you want a easier time getting pyromanes yes you need a pyromane but the first one can be done without one, another pyromane just makes it so you dont have to worry about catching on fire.

@YPou97 that doesn't sound much easier....so. Just need a decent argy. Find a Pyro. Kite it across the water to the islands that are FULL of creatures...once you're there. Shoot it once maybe have to a couple times with shotgun just prim 100 shotgun. And ride. And kill. I've tamed over 400. Each one takes about 5-10min. So easy...

I hate taming it on volcano island...always get stuck on stupid carno's🥲 So this raft methode really been the best so far!😎 if there are little to no turtles during 3x weekend or such, I take it to the northern island to kill mammoths and woolly rhino!👀 It's a bit longer trip, but it saves stressing about finding things to kill😅
