Good to see you back out on your walks..One of the first FAR'S that a pilot learns is to stay 500 feet above people, places and things. (There are very few exceptions) This was drilled into my head when I was getting my pilots license. Being unprofessional no mater what your level of training in the aircraft that you are flying is how people get injured on the ground or in the air. With all of the help that is needed in that area it is sad that a crew was taken out of service. Very seldom nowadays do we get a very accurate picture of anything in the "News". The truth is usually somewhere in the middle of the opposing points of view.

To be fair, helicopter pilots, military in particular operate mere feet or yards above the ground on a regular basis.

I appreciate what you sir had to say. I myself have been to quick to jump the gun on so many things. Anymore I tend to evaluate situations more than I ever have before. Maybe that’s just comes with older age and maturity. It’s like you need to reflect a little. We need to ask ourselves, have I seen this before? Then we need to draw from that and be able to assess what ever situation with a discerning thought process. Anyway sir I appreciate your thoughts and sharing your opinion.
