I believe that the propagation of coffee trees and the coffee beans by Filipinos in thier backyards (especially in the cities like NCR) would benefit families. The beans once "prep" for sale through government channels (like rice is for NFA), would be a very good "sideline" just like having a sari sari store in thier homes... Another project for those in the far areas of the cities would be tree farming or trees like bamboo or fruit bearing varieties... The best so far is Lapnisan an indigenous expensive tree. This one is made into insense or perfume ingredients...I believe wood or timber in the future becomes expensive and.... people with idle lands can cultivate some (like sandal wood) and experience high profit margins... These are things they can grow without excessive expenses in it's cultivation...

EVERYTHING IN THE PHILIPINES... HIGH COST OF PRICES OF BASIC COMMODITIES...

Are you dumb head? High prices are caused by worldwide inflation. The UK and New Zealand Prime Ministers resigned and people in France always rally due to inflation. Even here in US, the gas prices is still high and at one time, price of 1 dozen (12 pcs) of eggs reached US$10.00 compared in the Phils. w/c is much cheaper. Do your research dude and stop barking.

Nope! W/o the Phils, China will have a big problem of getting nickel, iron and other metals w/c they imported from the phils. Also China is the one giving us trouble by occupying our sovereign territory and bullying/harassing our fishermen and patrol vesselsi in our own territory.
