To understand how these things don't just happen, just know about the behind the scenes stuff check out the following... Best part of this video is at 5:18 when Dallas reminds the band's guitarist, who is taking photos, to change the pedal for Edge. (Who would not know what pedal to hit, due to it not being his rig.) Behind the scenes magic, and is another reason that Dallas lives in legend. And at 9:35 Adam is haded the wrong bass, tuned to the wrong key.... and yet.. they get him the correct bass, and both he and the Edge realize that this is fun, and non a stressful gig, and they laugh and have a great time... Then they decide to do another song, then at 11:33 you see another tricky guitar sound change.. Dallas is on it.. watch the next twenty seconds of the solo, and look at the team effort it is to let "The Edge" be "The Edge"... they decide to go for 8 bars more, and Dallas holds his hands up.. then they go for 8 more bars... and Dallas says wait, then the guitar solo begins, and the extra distortion and delay are added, then when the solo is over, he tells the guy to turn it off.... experience and talent.. it is a team effort, and amazing... What an amazing video to celebrate the joy of music!
