I missed this entire show -- that older looking women at the end looks like an incredibly interesting character. This time was the hey day of ALL soaps. Miss it tremendously.

The music during the scene where Nola is pouring gasoline everywhere is a marriage of EON music and Dark Shadows.

Need to run these on ME TV. Soaps will never be what they once were so give us these back!

Those scenes with Nola alone at the mansion, waiting, are certainly chilling. Love the quasi-disco stuff at the party. I was hoping some of the older characters would stop in to bump or hustle...

This was one of the most amazing storylines ever. Yeah, get rid of the talk and reality shows and give us back our soaps.

I miss the way soaps/shows used to be filmed. Look at that slow fade in and crawl toward at 18:00 combined with the perfect eerie background music. No words spoken and none needed. THIS type of camera work added so much more to the shows imo. Now everything's loud and flashy and jerky -- with probably some awful rap sounding background music -- and somone's probably almost naked in the scene now too -- and probably about 18. If viewers today only knew the quality TV they missed...

Totally incredible story. Scared the daylights out of me. Classic EON ! Perhaps down the road when the public gets tired of all these stupid talk and reality shows, they'll go back and rerun some of the old soap operas OR give us some new ones.

I think the old electronic videotape they used back then conveyed a much more dramatic/theatrical "noir" quality. So much of TV today looks like a hi-tech home video. Digital HDTV has really destroyed the cinematic effect. That's why I prefer to watch KZbin--- it's the closest thing to watching on an analog screen!

I wish the show would've used some of Dennis Parker's disco tunes!
