Frances Cobain referred to her drugs as "cookies"...with that said, For all I know this dude didnt even know her then, but I interpreted the entire song as he was saying "cookie" and immediately presumed that was an easter egg of sorts...I know nothing of this band nor have I heard this song before right now, but I definitely read that her code word for xanex was "cookies"...itd be a way cooler song if that was the intention, but Im scared to say after hearing 2 other songs by this band all of the premises, choruses and lyrical "hooks" are very, very basic, formulaic, almost insulting pop songs and I was onto the patterns of their arrangements mid way through the second song, making the rest painfully redundant and predictible.... also...Billy Corgan.

i think marrying Frances Bean ruined his music career as people will always compare him to kurt.
