The Effects of Gun Crime - My Story

On 11th July 2021 I was shot through my mothers front door, causing catastrophic physical injuries and severe mental injuries to both my family and I.
This is my story of the circumstances surrounding the entire event, but I will also be providing details of the events after the shooting and how it impacted mine and my families lives. From drugs, crime and multiple attempts to turn my life around.

Big respect to you mate I was a victim of a shooting in my younger days I was shot in the leg in a mistaken identity I ended up with led poisoning and spent a week in hospital I was due to have a operation but it was too dangerous and I could have lost my leg. Hope you’re well now mate

I used to be in trouble all the time from 13-35, that was the last bird I did. I never did evil crimes, but still did a 5, a 2 1/2, and the other 4 times were 6months down to 44 days for telling the mags to poke their fines 😂.. ​@@JailTalesfair play to you lad I'm from Lancaster and I been shot twice and I been lucky, once in my left wrist and once in the top of my right leg and it not good bro I can honestly say it's like getting hit with a hammer and believe lad I know cos I've had it as well, covered in scars from fighting in my younger days but now I think watta 🔔. It's not big and it's not clever I'm just lucky to still be here and I don't know how but I've never been to jail, and don't even go there with the grass comments cos believe me I been close. I've been up for street robberies and sad shit like that, I've taken some sort of drugs since I was 11 and class As since I was 19, that's 31 yr wasted I got absolutely nish apart from my beautiful missus and my little chihuahua who I would take a bus for. I've even had a not guilty in magistrates court and the witness was a copper, like I said lucky I have never burgled a house, but I have done shops and other business premises, I've not been in trouble or got into a fight in 15 yrs. I've been with my missus now for 16 yr and there's no coincidence she saved my life, or stopped me going to jug we met at the right time cos she was in a bad place herself. KEEP ON KEEPING ON my friend and I apologise cos I have given u shit in the past cos I didn't really get what you were doing now I understand a bit better so I believe you are trying to make a difference hope it's not just for views and clicks just to make money, cos u could probably do a good thing and really get a message out there if you had a bit of backing. So good luck in what you are doing and hopefully you'll make a difference, I try to do a good deed every day just to make up for the shit and misery I may have caused in my sad youth. 💙💙 And some times grassing ain't grassing if you understand what I mean.💙.

@@JailTales your welcome mate I'll be honest I did think u was a bit of a tool but now I'm getting it I'm 50 now and wasted enough of my life on drugs and shit I really have been rock bottom and I feel like I been kept on this earth for a reason not sure what it is yet but I'm still searching, we need more ppl like us to explain to the youth of today that it's dead head life, it's like when you first start selling drugs u r always someone else's gofer and they trap u by having u of somehow and then you owe them and they will put interest on so you're always in there debt or they will give you FREE drugs and as we know u don't get owt for nowt, No FREE RIDES HERE, we know that. But as you know we after learn the hard way, yes all the ol clichés I've been living the streets for over 40 yrs me and my brother were injecting amphetamines B4 going to school at 13 or 14 and I was homeless off and on over 5 yrs from the age of 18, and believe me it's a shit life,i was embarrassed to tell anyone and I didn't get any help but now I have so much experience to guide others away from the dark path i went down. I just haven't got the means or the transport or the platform, but I could talk all day even just to save one your children cos I don't have any. 💙💙💪. Tuff life Jamie, i was 50yr Old 2wk ago never been a victim of an attack by someone with a weapon but 1 day after my 50th i was assaulted by someone in a balaclava with a knife, damage was minor (lacerated tendons in index knuckle + infection) as he was after my mate who was baracaded behind his door. The biggest inconvenience and absolute bullshit hassle is hospital and the fuckin doctors and there bullshit policies.Thats where I am know after discharging myself Saturday coz rattling. Don't wanna make this too longwinded but I can see the same thing happening within next two days, fuckin nightmare
