Thank you Jack for bringing this down to a much, much normal level instead of talking about things that for a lot of people are just high energy words floating high up on a wish cloud, and not at our side here below in the dirt. thank you for that.

Thanks for bringing such a series of videos on Buddhism. I tried searching for such videos but failed to get one except this. Love from the land of Siddhartha (Gautam Buddha)

Before I heard this and the "Four Noble Truths" audio I used to think the following as the way to perform gratitude towards a sentient or even non-sentient individual (such as the digital format and content physically maintained on one or more digital storage media), I know I am daring a lot by bringing into the picture non-sentient things for compassion while all of sentient have not been helped with sufficient material, emotinal and thoughtl resources they need to start recalling their enlightenment: but if anyone thinks with gumption at length about letting non-sentient things such as the percentage of green house gases in earth's atmosphere for the present sentient individuals, one might be kind towards my proposition of letting to be held in a dynamic equilibrium one: 1. let arise the gratitude after genuine appreciation of whatever at one's level of thinking one understands is benefit. 2. then let the gratitude flow and become rivers of thought, which will mirror the intention, 3. Immediately the river of whatever it is (because it is not the thought itself, thought arose from it, the closest one can think about what it is that is flowing is that it started as a good intention or a serious, beautiful and good intention named gratitude ) flows and becomes action 4. that action makes a river pathway which can be called a good habit (freedom of intentions good or bad, ugly or beautiful, but let us assume only goodness is the intention because one has benefitted still is A sincere thank you with a promise to monitor the welfare of the entity without taking away its privacy and never even considering to delibrately affect ... NOTE: Sorry I won't complete composing this comment till it becomes comprehensible to a sincere reader because I need time for a concrete sentient human who can later compose much better than I can do myself right now.

Kindness encouraged in Budhism instead of love. Love suffer us and make fear

I doubt Buddha gave the eight fold path. Right or wrong paths means dualistic approach. Must have been developed post Buddha by the followers who wrote the pali canon. Duality is Dukka . Duality is the cause for rebirth. He must have told us to find the solution rather than giving a prescription readymade....simply not possible from Buddha.

Discussions should be organised people to find the path according to Budhism . Better to provide foods etc..
