Now, when I started doing this as a personal challenge, I didn't think it would take this long to get some news about TES VI. Back then, I was freshly out of highschool and getting into college. As of today, college is now over and a new period of my life begins out in the unknown. Which begs the question, where (or what) will I be when the game will finally come out ? They have been working on it to some degree and with the continued use and integration of AI technology it will definitely spread the process up. 2025-2028 range hopefully.

​@@DrDmitriiPre-production is usually, for BGS, about 2 years long. Starfield was in pre-pro back in 2013 and started full-production after Fallout 4. From what we know, TES VI has been in pre-production since at least 2018. In that pre-production stage, they figured out the beginning of the game, the first few hours of it (probably refereing to the Main Quest), the character creation system, and are composing the music for it right now. People don't understand it, but a huge chunk of TES VI's foundation is done. Full-production can last from 2 to 4 years and after that, they'll be gluing the pieces and tweaking the game so they can ship it. 5 years from now is a reasonable prediction. But it could be a little less. We don't know.

That said, if finding his logbook perhaps leads to a quest where you are retracing his journey to eventually find him then that might be pretty cool. I am also fine with just the logbook... a nice nod to a dedicated fan and those who follow Bethesda's channel, but one that most overlook. If you find it and get the reference, a good chuckle will be had.
