Yes, and kind nature comes with understanding. No one is born evil or good, and they're shaped by their experiences, entirely. I know for sure that you must know the fact, and agree with me that if you were born as someone, and had all their experiences dot for dot, you'd be exactly... them, obviously, thoughts opinions and all. Elections are a war of information. You vote depending on the information you've gathered. Everyone votes for the candidate they think will reduce their suffering, or most suffering the most. So following that logic, theoretically as a kind, understanding and forgiving moral agent, you shouldn't hate someone because they were exposed to "the wrong information". You could counter this by saying every voter is responsible for doing all the research necessary to make an informed choice, and I could eliminate this counterargument by saying that there's no way to actually find the truth, and even if there would be, that's so big of a time investment that most people working full time, cooking, potentially studying or taking care of kids, doesn't have the energy or the time to spend all their free time researching politics (if you believe that there's a way to be exposed to both sides in equal quantities, without accidentally absorbing a single misinformation as truth, and without internal bias as well. You don't know everyone's stuggles in your countries, you cant know which one supercedes the other except basic human needs). The bottom line is this : if one prioritizes being kind above being screwed over, then how can one hate anyone based on election results (+ all hate towards groups is fundamentally wrong through generalization, and most of these ppl being mad at men don't even actually know the results of the votes, they hate a group based on an assumption). Ultimately no matter who the presidential candidates are (as long as the difference isn't very very flagrant, like hitler vs a honest kind dude), as long as people aren't seperated and keep supporting each other, we can survive and even thrive in pretty horrible circumstances (we're in a first world country how bad could it really get). Even if the "harsher conditions creating candidate" wins, a population who divides themselves extremely after a vote makes that temporary era 10x harsher and more difficult to live through, probably more so than said candidate. Hating based on this kind of thing is, to my current self's life experience and subjectively, dumb as hell especially if its from people like this who consider themselves moral and kind beings.

As a Pastor, I see people from both sides using religion, ethics, morality, and spirituality to press their side as right and the other as demonic, evil, hateful, immoral. The truth is, most people on both sides are selfish and not perfectly moral, yet cling to some sort of truth moral or not. To act as if your side is so much more righteous is to miss the complexity of goodness and righteousness fully. Goodness is not found in politics. Love is not manifest in politics.

Abortion has never been a federal issue, it’s only being talked about now because the democrats got extremely desperate and had to think of something to smear Trump so they’re flat out lying saying he wants to ban abortion which is insane, he has never said that. He’s said on multiple occasions that he’s leaving the decision of abortion for the states to vote and decide democratically, just like every single other first world western country. It has always been that way in the United States, it is literally staying the exact same as it has always been.
