I wish cooking came naturally to me. I'm not a foodie (I usually look at food as an inconvenience and I wish I didn't need to eat!) and I wasn't raised in home with a Mom who cooked (and my Mom's Mom didn't cook much either!). But, I'm trying. I'm trying to garden and learn what flavors go well with others. I have lots of spices and herbs but I don't know what to do with most of them! Hopefully I will get there eventually.

Just by the way, fresh farm eggs can actually be stored up to year and still be good. There are some old time methods that work very well, check out Jas. Townsend and Son channel. They have a video on egg storage, and go through several different methods.
