It's worth noting that She's the only one Cid being most open with. He's always drop his role-play with her and just be himself. Another thing is that Delta is probably the member with the weakest connection to the cult. Unlike the others, Delta had no personal grudge against them. She only kills them because Cid told her to and she enjoys hunting. Heck, she probably doesn't even knows what this cult thing is about and simply went wherever the others told her to. In that sense, she's very similair to Cid.

The main reason Cid is so open to her is because she treats him totally different than anyone else. Cid himself only plays Shadow as a role so if the other shadows would start acting with more familiarity like Delta he would do the same but since they don't he "acts" like shadow in front of them because that is what they expect.

Delta's first kill wasn't a boar, she wasn't allowed to hunt by the law of the clan. Her first kill was a leopard monster that was nearly dead. However, when she brought it back to her sick mother, her mother couldn't eat it because it was too large. The leopard corpse was then stolen by her 2 brothers.

Delta is also the one more likely to take Cid random words as orders and help him or Shadow Garden without knowing. Minor spoiliers for later this season. First, something that likely will happen next episode in the anime. John Smith, after defeating 664, 665 and 666 (Rose), would be considered a high priority target and Delta would be sent after him but she will recognize him as Shadow immediately. He, knowing she will not be able to keep the secret, sent her to the Crime City to hunt the ruler of the third Tower in a whim. This will greatly weaken the only rival a certain Fox has in the city after the vampires were dealt with so when said fox joins forces with Shadow Garden, they control the city of crime. Later, at the end of this arc, he will be digging for comedic reasons but ultimately give up and tell her to keep at it and she will find something really valuable.

Delta does use her claws for most of the time but she does have a weapon. i think its in vol 5 or at least shown in the fight v Zeta she has the i think "iron slab" her version of a sword. instead of being the sword all others in shadow garden use it looked more like a huge unrefined iron slab with a handle

I need to check if her father was the one hunting her but she was hunted because her Possession made her a weakness to the clan. I believe it was her brother, the weakest Clover, who mentioned when she and Cid hunted bandits during the fake money arc. Delta survived because she was the best hunter and even killed some of her pursuers.

On the recent eps, it shows how so much she is focus on raw strength. When she dealth with john smith/shadow with his strings she reaply tryna break and the crushing sounds are intense. Thou unlike her, Alpha was able to really cut it with technique and magic, this also shows why Delta submits and get scared to Alpha. Cid tolerates Delta as he see and reminds him of his dog seeing Delta, While Alpha beat the s*** out of her 😂.

It seems that there are many different tribes of Therianthropes; some of them are pretty similar to each other but can be members of different clans.
