I LOVE star wars, and watching this made me almost cry remembering all the imperial deaths, for just them trying to spread order and justice, and The Client was sooo right. As a kid you rooted for the rebels, the galactic republic and so on simply because they were framed as "the good" and therefore "the in the right" and you disguised people framed "the bad" and therefore "the wrong". Then you grew old and maybe you questioned the concepts of "good" and "bad" and thats it is rather an opinion, a moral made up by humans and not a fact. And maybe now you realized, that order, safety, uniformity can be seen from a perspective of opression and from a perspective of a functional society. Freedom requires responsibility and the failure to live up to that results in chaos and lawlessnes. Lastly, the new disney star wars movies are not making it hard to rather root for the "organized society"

Tell me you don't know anything about SW lore without telling me you don't know anything about SW lore: No, the republic fell and was rebuild many times, the republic you know from the prequels only existed in it's current iteration for about a 1000 years, and only survived for that long because it choose stagnation over evolution The empire also didn't fall at endor lmao, infact it won the war against the new republic and was reconstituted into the second galactic empire, while the new republic stopped existing (i don't give a damn about canon)
