Hi, you are right. Brunei gov doesn't allow tourist yet. But my husband is bruneian so I could come with him. The first thing if you want to come to brunei at this time, you have to contact brunei embassy in your county. They will give you a list of what document you need to prepare. also, you have to write letter to gov for permission of entry to the country. Thanks.

I spent a fantastic whole week in the rooms in the main building about 15 years ago with a group of friends. There were no restrictions for tourists when it comes to drinking alcohol, but in this pool bar, as far as I remember, we had alcoholic cocktails, and we and the other tourists were obviously in bikinis! There were no monkeys back then!
