Hi there everyone!! This was a loong, long awaited review: the return of the super popular Triumph Street Triple 765 RS, in its 2023 version! This bike has been one of the most fierce contenders in the mid-size premium naked motorcycles for more than ten years, and this new version seems well intent on repeating the feat! Will it be once again the queen of all its rivals? The answer at the end of this review!
This is a peculiar video since I am starting to experiment with dubbing my french reviews, it is kind of an experimental tryout, so please, feel free to tell me in the comments what do you think about it, and if you'd prefer I go back to the previous way of doing things!

I must say that I couldn't fault your review in any way, I've just bought my third consecutive street triple RS but each time before opting for the RS I road tested and looked closely at the other naked middleweights including the original KTM 790 Duke then the 890R, the MT-09 SP, MV Brutale, Kawasaki Z900RS-SE and the recent Ducati Monster SP, they're all great bikes but IMO the KTM 890R is just more impressive performance wise, unfortunately there are a few things that let it down, for me number one are its looks which I know are subjective but I know quite a few people that loved the bike but just couldn't get past the looks, then it's finish also lets it down as does its reliability, it's probably the best fun you can have on a bike and if KTM were to listen to customers and address the the faults the sales for the 890R would rocket, Triumph eventually listened to customers about the dull colour choice for the street triple range and this years street triples are selling out before they hit the dealerships, I opted for the cosmic yellow RS and couldn't be happier, that alongside this years being by far the biggest step in performance by adopting Moto2 technology ang changing the gearing has made the 2023 RS brilliant and IMO makes the Speed Triple irrelevant, why pay 4,500 ponds more for a bike with the same Ohlins and Brembo top spec equipment but with power not nearly as usable as the street triple, though I can understand that the extra bhp and torque could be the draw.

Mmmm good points made but I own a 2022 Speed Triple Rs and I had a ride on the new Street Triple it’s an absolutely brilliant bike and if I’m totally honest I think if I had the choice again I’d probably go for the Street Triple but I couldn’t swap my Speed Triple, the power and the way it rides is just incredible…BOTH amazing bikes though, KtM are dogshit compared with Triumph next level 👍🏾

Spot on with the comparison to the speed triple. I’m currently shopping to get back in the saddle after a 6 year hiatus. In college I owned both a 955 and 1050 speed triple and originally wanted the new 1200 but the power of liter street fighters in general is absolutely insane. The rs is in line with my old gsxr 750 which was also an amazing bike. Definitely buying a street triple rs.

@@ryanblacklock3005 I wouldn’t bother with the Speed Triple Rs in the Uk it’s a total waste of a brilliant bike 20,30,40 mph in most places it’s just irritating to ride imo , I’m trading mine for the new Moto 2 Street triple 👍🏾

The KtM is ugly and KtM customer service is absolutely appalling, I’d never ever buy a KtM , don’t care if it’s got 300 hp they’re shit!

Question: When you switch from DRL to low beam headlight, does the DRL stay on? In other words, is the option for headlight either or, or is it both? Can you have the DRL and headlight at the same time? On the US version the headlight is always on, and the DRL is not switchable.
