So much comfort I feel in The Tiki Room. When I worked for The YMCA as a Camp Counselor, I loved to sit with the kids I’d bring in there and watch their eyes light up.

So I loved this, BUT the Enchanted Tiki Room song is also the ringtone on my phone! I checked it more than a couple of times while watching this!

When I first started getting in to tiki, I mistakenly thought all tiki culture came from Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room lol!!!

😂 We thought Tiki was all old school Chinese Polynesian Restaurants, didn’t learn about Disney Tiki and the rest of the Tiki-Verse until 2020 I think.

Nice memories! Also loved the Tahitian Terrace restaurant that used to be behind the Tiki Room - decent food and the entertainment was usually really good!
