At last! I was very happy about this video. A very beautiful community with wonderful properties. The entrance through the Hope Ranch gate and the palm-lined streets are also part of the magic for me. I did not know that G.W. Smith designed the clubhouse. What is the security? How secure are the gates? Is there security patrol?

Yes, there is security patrol. The community is not gated. But many of the homes have private gates.
