I don't know if you figured it out, I've only gotten yo your first ending so far, but on the subject of you, the D-Class, becoming an SCP, it's because of your save/load ability. That's canon. "Testing [Redacted] Subject [Redacted] Subject demonstrates extraordinary luck in completing tasks in even the most fatal of circumstances and the long-term ability to predict even the most unpredictable of hazards. It seems almost as if he's performed these impossible tasks several times before. Further testing is required to determine whether the subject should receive a CP classification." I'm wondering if the game keeps a side-count of reloads and saves because it sounds like that translates into "it's almost as if this person has been through this exact situation many times before and has memorized what they need to do to survive." So they're holding and testing your character to see if the character possesses some sort of precognition or time looping ability or something else.
@mythical10593 жыл бұрын
yeah thats one of the few endings to this game. This ending your talking about you find out you as the player are an scp. Just our power is the save and reload option. We do these tasks as a game many times to the point of perfection. Not all scps are harmful, and we would probably be kept as class euclid or even keter because we would be unpredictable and with the ability to save and reload find ways to escape or work around the system. its such a cool game with some fun theories to go with it
@ozemene3 жыл бұрын
It has something to do with SCP-1162, some identification card you can find with SCP-1162 that apparently relates to the player, and an 'anomalous phenomenon' named the 'Spiral Gestalt.' I have no idea if it's real or not, I just heard that somewhere and you can find quite a bit of evidence supporting the claim if you look at what SCP-1162 does. However, it is just a theory. A game theory.
@sliced70933 жыл бұрын
So the classification for SCPs aren't regarding their "danger levels" but rather how easy they are to contain. Safe being easy, euclid being moderately hard, and keter being "holy fuck" levels of hard. The skull can kill you, but since it's easy to contain it's classified as Safe. SCP-173 is kinda hard to contain but given the right circumstances it wouldn't be hard. And the Old Man.... well.... That being said, there are Keter SCPs that are harmless, it's just they can't be contained. I forget the number, but there's an SCP of a guy in a speedo that will appear in beds randomly. The foundation tries to contain him but he just can't. lol

For anyone curious about object classes: Lock in a box test - what would happen if you put it in a box. Safe - the object would remain in the box and not do anything. Euclid - something might happen to the box and the object in the box Keter - It'll easily get out of the box. Thaumiel - it is the box. And for non in game (and esoteric) classes: Explained - we know the thing is the box is natural and perfect follows laws of physics. No need to put it in a box. Neutralised - Someone either dropped/ destroyed the box, including the object within, or it stopped working itself. Apollyon - The box don't do shit. Neither will a sphere or anything. Archon - You can put it in a box but it would be better not to. (There's tons of them on the wiki but these are the most distinct ones in my opinion) *Yes this means that say, a fork that teleports around the globe every 24 hours could be keter while an atom bomb would probably be safe.*

Never got some of the classifications, like what makes 173, where you need lights on and someone staring into his eyes at all times to contain him otherwise he murders everybody and can easily escape the facility, Euclid? That's the same classification as a canteen that can provide the world with infinite water, where all you need to do is leave it upright to prevent spilling.
@mr.freddles28663 жыл бұрын
@@oneofthe12sionmains70 Because neither of them can get out by themselves. Euclid, Keter, and Safe have nothing to do with how dangerous they are, only how hard they are to contain. For instance, if the canteen could push itself over, then it would be Keter, as its effects would escape confinement without any help. 173 is Euclid because if the chamber remains intact and nobody opens the door, it physically can not escape by itself. The runtime for this series was a bit intimidating but in the end it was worth the watch. What a wild game.

dunno if someone told you already, but the O5 council (an o not a 0) are basically the gods of the foundation, they're in total control of whatever the foundation does.

Hey Insym, just so you know there is a game coming out of early access soon called SCP: Escape Together, it is a faithful recreation of this game, but in multiplayer. Another one to check out is SCP: Labrat, which is also this game in vr!

Escape Together is a Secret Laboratory knockoff Bitcoin miner
@infamousraptor32313 жыл бұрын
@@wesleyyisme2586 it's not a bitcoin miner, they just had ping issues, and they mostly fixed them, second of all sl is nowhere near the same as containment breach, it's not even scary.
