@jerrythealien9106 he actually does. Every team has to build around him. Negate their talents and become "stand in the corner knock down shooters" or get traded. His teams are always unbalanced because he won't take a pay cut to bring n quality players(I wouldn't either), then he lowers the teams moral with public passive aggressive statements regarding his team current state. He leaves, and the team goes into rebuild mode. In miami U.D. and Dwade took pay cuts for him.

Man I just want them to go get a good defensive center so AD doesn’t necessarily have to play center. Like I know the raps selling atm is poeltl available or even gafford on wizards. What made the 2020 team good was not just their shooting but their defence and versatility with lineups with Dwight. (Another pick setter, lob threat and rim protector) Also never thought frank vogel should’ve been fired that man could coach, just got caught in the Westbrook crossfire.

This is Lebron's playbook since last 14 years or so. 1. Start the year by hyping up the co-star and shift the expectations on others. 2. Laze around and deliberately lose games towards trade deadline. 3. Along with his crony reporters create a hype that "Lebron needs help" 4. Force Management to trade for someone... 5. Once trade is done, Lebron gets excited and towards the All-Star break starts playing properly. Saying that he is hyped up to play with such fantastic traded players... 6. Go to playoffs and then see if there is a chance to go to the finals...if there us a good chance, Lebron takes the entire credit. 7. If not, Lebron will pout and sulk and crash out of Playoffs. 8. His crony reporters and hype creating machine will lay the blame on some scapegoat (most probably the players they hyped the most). 9. Next season - rinse and repeat.

Darvin Ham's scheme and rotations are the problem. Why does he have our players crash so hard to the rim whenever there's penetration. We have the best rim protector in AD, so we should live with it rather than giving up wide open 3's. Opposing teams are having historic shooting nights against the Lakers getting wide open looks. DLo is not the problem. He came in clutch most of the playoffs, and had one bad series. Granted it was a really bad series, but we wouldn't have been playing Denver without his contributions on Memphis and against the GSW. Rui was our answer to Jokic. Having Rui play on Jokic, and having AD protect the rim slowed him down. Lakers need a coach that can adjust the script mid game, and get the most out of the talen we have.

Trading for Murray will be a huge mistake. You'll just have Westbrook 2.0. Losing good players for a player who won't be able to shoot 3s, who's defense is nowhere what it used to be, and a player who can't finish.
@lotuslife3239
@lotuslife3239 6 ай бұрын
It would be Westbrook 2.0 but imo if Russ had more wing defense to work with like the Lakers have now he would have been just fine. It was just those trash Avery Bradley, THT, Pat Bev lineups that were too small to do anything defensively with and Westbrook was offball which he isnt great at. If Lebron could shoot more like PG and Kawhi offball it would also be a different story, but Im sure Russ would have loved playing defense next to Vanderbilt and Reddish. He was working well with Rui

Yeah, I couldn't help but to think that when the fans were chanting "LeBron's gonna trade you" while Brandon Ingram was shooting free throws, that this was SO wrong. That type of BS should NEVER happen. If that never happened to a player while Jordan was winning titles, it damn sure shouldn't happen to a player because of LeBron James. The league licks this dude's boots like nothing I've ever witnessed before. The league gives him WAYYYYY too much power and authority, and allowing him that level of authority more often than not doesn't even add up to more wins, or championships. He wanted Westbrook, and they went out and got him, and look how that turned out. Now, we've even got referees giving BS calls against opposing teams, trying to make him look better than he really is, and it is disgusting. LeBron is a great player, but he is no GOAT.

If the rumors are true then there's absolutely no reason for the Lakers to trade D'Angelo for Dejounte. Dejounte is a BAD fit for the Lakers. We all know it doesn't matter how good of a player you are because if you're playing with LeBron, you will basically become a spot up shooter, and Dejounte is simply NOT that guy. If they do make that trade, I 100% guarantee that they will look for a player similar to D'Angelo because that's what they need- a playmaking guard that can space up the floor.

Lakers fans tried to tell Us Westbrook should retire, this is nothing more than sensationalism from Lakers fans yet again. Dlo's fine but Lakers need to address LeBron being a liability on offense when he has a high usage rate. He's also not as helpful on defense anymore, that's why they end up having Vando running around with 0 points in 4 quarters with 8 deflections to his name. Dlo just needs to develop a rhythm as a true PG, but it feels like he gets the scraps of any leftover plays

Personally I don't think the Lakers need Murray. His contract is too big and his fit with the team doesn't look great. The Lakers would be setting themselves up for another Westbrook situation. It's not as Flashy but Reaves and Vanderbilt for Nic Claxton and Lonie Walker from the Nets sounds like a better trade to me personally. I think it also works better for Both sides because other than addition via subtraction the Hawks would have no reason to trade Murray for a package centered around either Reaves or Russell

The problem with The Lakers is LeBron James, LeBron James can't play with a PG , he wants to dominate the ball but doesn't want to play PG which will Cause confusion for any PG they put besides him , The Lakers and LeBron need to embrace the fact that LeBron James is more suitable for the entire team as a PG and then Fill out the rest of the Roster based off Bron being Their PG , his no longer at his peak so he can't Make up the difference like he could in the past with the Cavs and Heat The only PG to ever Flourish around LeBron is Kyrie Irving and that's cause Kyries Play style is more of A SG than a PG

Personally I blame Darvin Ham for making to many switch ups in the line up but ultimately i blame LeBron James more. Bron is the leader of this team and when he's crushing it everybody follows suit but when he makes bad jumpers and plays while looking to blame somebody it hurts the team. My advise for Bron is to let his teammates make more shots to get them involved and focus more on the defensive end than offense.

I said it since last year, the Lakers most glaring problem is they have a woefully incompetent coach who doesn't prepare his team, doesn't call critical time outs & has no idea what players to have on the floor to maximize winning! That kind of incompetence trickles down to the players & loss of confidence. If Laker management keeps making unnecessary trades & not plainly able to see the problem, prepare for a horrible future for the Lakers. It's DARVIN "freaken" HAM who is the the PROBLEM!!! So PLEEEEEZE fire this trash coach!
