QBs need to be able to make quick decisions. Murray can't do that. He has physical gifts, but lacks the mental part of the game. Takes a ton of unnecessary sacks. He will never be a QB that takes you to the Super Bowl.

This seems to be the theme of incredibly gifted atheletic quarterbacks. Have a big early breakout but then they fade away like Lamar Jackson, Cam Newton, Rober Griffin III, and some others. It is a shame because Kyler throws a great deep ball. He needs a good line and a supporting case and I think he can remain a very good NFL quarterback. They just need a really good coach and not a dinglebury.

His biggest problem is his lack of leadership ability. Second are the injuries. Lastly, his personality is sulky, and his work ethic is questionable. He’s not a QB I would want, and I think he is one of the greatest raw QB talents I’ve ever seen. Imagine him at 6’3.

He had the worst O line the past season and 2 seasons ago the o line was healthy for 8 and a half games. 2 main pieces went down against the packers week 9 or 10 and they were 8-0 at the time and Kyler was in the mvp race. Cards would be atleast 4-2 RN with Murray on the field.

Only 1 in 32 qbs win a super bowl each year. That team typically has a top tier defense, and a strong offense. In the history of the NFL, a handful of great teams have won the super bowl without an elite QB... But no Elite QB has won a super bowl without great teams. There has never been a team where the QB was the one and true reason they won. (Maybe that game, but not the 19 or so leading up to it) My point is, while Murray probably (most likely) isn't worth his contract, Josh Allen still hasn't done it yet. Joe Burrow still hasn't done it yet Justin Hurbert still hasn't done it yet Tua still hasn't won a ring Jalen Hurts is ringless Trever Lawrence has yet to win a ring. You literally have only 3 qbs on an active roster and starting who have won a super bowl...one of which is in his final year of pro football.

Im not big on wbs who have to constantly run around to play their best. Thats what makes Mahomes so good. Hes really an elite pocket passer. But theres always like two or three runs a game that are at the worst time for the opposing team and are just daggers. I think Kyler relies to much on his mobility. Im a niner fan and kyle did the same exact thing with lance. Tried to make him a run first type qb. Got hurt. Look at all the best qbs in the league. They are all mainly elite throwers besides Lamar. He is just SO ATHLETIC it makes up a but and he is a good enough passer. Kyler is just too small sadly. He cant see over the line on a consistent basis.
