Well, Well, Well…that washed out road looks like a job for Senior Road Inspector Lisette Brisson…LOL 😂 It is a scary sight to see when a flash flood happens that fast and results in such damage. I sure hope that he powers that be send a road crew to repair it. That sandwich may be simple but sure looks good to me. Water is powerful. We who live here in Costa Rica know too well. Heavy rains during the rainy season take out our roads and bridges every year. Shelters are set up all over the country. I was just thinking watching you get your spring water. I have to pay $6 for 5 liters of spring water. And that doesn't go very far. Canadian spring water tastes so good too. Man oh man that rain did a number on the road! It always amazes me how well moose can blend in so well to the surroundings being as big as they are. I love the "earthy" green top! Hauling water is no joke! I love the spring that you go to. We will be heading to North Pole in a few days to pick something up, and will go by my favorite spring on the Richardson. We always stop there to refill our water cups on road trips north. Your meals looked fantastic! I really miss Kimber, I know you do too. Miss Snow is so sweet ❤ Beautiful video 😃

Another lovely Sunday morning with my favorite fellow off-grider. Thank you for that Lisette. There's nothing better than sitting with my morning coffee watching your videos. Your Ham and Cheese sandwich looks very good. I'll have to make one in the morning but, I'll add an egg and bacon to mine, I'm just weird that way I guess, LOL. What was the dish you made with the massed potatoes and corn and stuff? It looks great, just a suggestion, put a 2/3 cup of sour cream in with the butter and milk. I think you'll love it. Welp, gotta get up and go put up my climbing nets, trellises, and panels in the garden. My tomatoes, beans, cucumbers, squash, melons and peas are all up and looking for something to climb on. SO, no ret for the weary, LOL. Give Miss Snow a hug and a Wooh-wooh for me Lisette. Have a wonderful week.

Hi Lisette, back when I lived in southeast North Carolina, I used to fish from my small canoe, on a lake that had both beavers and alligators. The big gator was about eleven feet long and the end of his snout was crooked. Musta got bitten when it was small and it grew that way. well, some of the folks around that lake were feeding it. It got bold about coming up next to my canoe when I was catching a fish. well.... around dark one day, I was catching a bass and was about to reach over the side and grab it and bring it in the canoe, when THUMPSPLASH!!!!right next to the canoe!!! it was a freakin beaver slapping its tail to try to keep me away from the beaver lodge. that jerk beaver scared the hell out of me, I just knew it was that crooked snout gator! I laughed out loud when I realized it was only a pissed off beaver. I thought you would enjoy that memory of mine. : ) George.

Quite a horrible mess to the road. But watching you walk along the trench that’s now there gave perfect perspective to the depth the rainfall carved into the road.
