I just wanted to say how much this series meant to us Fooster. For me, I haven’t been hooked to a series in a long time. When this came out a while back, I tried watching it, but the way they approached and played the game didn’t resonate with me until you came along. The way you were enthusiastic about the characters, the game, even the interaction with the Freakers and Wolves started infecting me with enthusiasm. Your fears about Boozer and Sarah dying were my fears, your happiness when you got the doggo for Boozer was my happiness. Your sadness when the series was over was my sadness. I guess my analogy ends with this. You’re the driver that takes the rest of us for a ride in a game. Although we might not control the wheel, we keep the driver company as well as enjoying the sights alongside our driver. Thanks for being one of our best drivers. If there’s a Days Gone 2, you bet that I’m going to take shotgun.

Yep, when I thought Boozer was killed, I felt like I was punched in the throat. You know that lump that you get in your throat that hurts when you are just gutted? Yeah, I literally started crying. THEN, I started bawling when I saw he was ok. I have never watched or played a game that has hit me in the feels like this one! Now I know no one will probably even see this post but I just felt like I needed to say the following: *To Fooster,* I don't know if you'll see this but thank you. Thank you so much for trusting us enough and uploading these longer videos. I hope you continue to do so and even upload yourself doing exploration of the map and side missions. *To Fooster's fans,* thank you for supporting him and letting him know you love his longer videos. I don't think I could have handled these videos if they were only 1 hour long lol. Cutting the video's down to an hour would not have done the game justice, imo. *To the DEV's,* please please please make a Days Gone 2 (and 3 hehe). This game is unlike anything I have ever seen or played. It was beautifully written and the graphics were stunning, especially for a game this old. You guys did everything right in Days Gone. Unlike other's, I for one would LOVE to see a continuation of all of the main characters (including Weaver's) storyline. I would love it if Deek and Sarah had a baby and how that would be so different than just protecting each other. Even giving birth in that world would be so difficult. Thank you Fooster, again. 😊

@Ne0LiT7 ай бұрын
Unfortunately, that's not likely to happen. In the beginning the game wasn't as loved, and received lower score by critics. This lead to Sony not wanting to invest into a sequel. This lead to a lot of the original devs that worked for the studio that created the game to leave it in the years after the release of the game. So it is unlikely that we'll see a sequel. Or even if we do get it at some point, it will most likely not be what we'd want.

Thanks for this playthrough, man what a game. I remember seeing this in a gaming magazine years and years ago.... but dropped off my radar... so thank you so much for playing this. Such an epic game and your commentary was perfect. Helped bring in understanding of the story and just well done!

I think Deacon is one of my favorite video game characters, right up there with Joel for me. Loving the playthrough!

Best series I’ve ever seen on KZbin by far so sad it’s over claps to you for filming and putting so much work into this especially with editing it and playing the game alone with the amount of time it takes to finish it

That game is why i bought a ps4 and by extension why i bought a ps5. It's my all time favorite game. I have replayed it numerous times. I have the platinum trophy on the ps4 and I'll get it again on the 5. When I play the next time. It really hurt when i learned Sony wasn't going to permit a sequel to be made.

We need to put together a petition to have this game finished. Unbelievable game that deserves to be finished.

I am with you. And already signed it
@happymadison32326 ай бұрын
They already did that got like 300k signatures and raised a fuck ton of money and the creators are STILL like "nah we're just gonna keep working on this other ipo screw you guys" so when they release another game I'm not playing it or supporting it at all. They don't listen to their fans and that's bad business. It deserves to flop.

@@happymadison3232 Man that hurts, dude this type of games come once in a lifetime. They gave their heart and soul in the beginning but later on the " critics" spat shit out of their mouth. But I still pray we will witness our " Deacon Saint John " again. Nice meeting you buddy

@@bhupenderpanwar6446 I could never understand why game critics the last eight years or so have had so much influence when they have been wrong time and time again. Most of them never even played the game from start to finish as some admitted and their complaints were centered around some real bullshit perspectives. The gaming fans need to stop listening to game "critics" the same way we ignore movie and TV and music "critics" for the last thirty plus years cause they were critical for the sake of being critical to keep a job. Dev's need to do what dev's back in the late 90's to the late 2000's did and worry about what the fans wanted and enjoyed not what BS critics said or thought or worry about awards that are given on critic scores and not sales or gamer feedback and votes.
