I actually found this out completely by accident. If Olimar is in the water the gold boss won't touch him. I left him in there after learning that and completed making the pathway. Then it was just a matter of grabbing him and running.

I made the theory that the Water wraith could be the spirit of a human as spirits are connected to the afterlife like how Olimar stated that "the Water wraith true form could be in another dimension", I also believe that Goolix has nothing to do with Wraiths or Umibozu, but what I don’t believe is that the Plasm Wraith is the umibuzu, It seems more to me that the Plasm wraith is the Embodiment of earth and Mourns the loss of humanity and Olimar reminds it of the humanity and decided to keep Olimar and wanted to protect him, it saw that Koppites were going to take Olimar away from it so it suck him up to prevent them from getting to Olimar

My demo lasted until I got 1,500 sparklium

If you ignore all the sparklium items you can 100% the first area

Which includes two dandori battles 6 caves (you can also 100% house as olimar) 18 castaways 3 bosses (including the first you fight as olimar) and possibly unlock all of oachis (ik I spelled it wrong lol) skills and your characters skills and if your fast enough on all sparkling items on your last day😊
