Спасибо за видео, и материал, очень позновательно, у нас тоже на этапе передачи пациентов интубированных в машине смп, всегда вопрос от реаниматологов стационара, почему не 9? Ответ прост можете реинтубировать,для вашей бронхоскопии, на нашем этапе, нам достаточно 8, или 7,5 для вентиляции, и обеспечение герметизации и защиты дыхательных путей.

Кстати, предполагаемая длительная ИВЛ - показание к трахеостомии в ОРИТ. Ну, я уверен, что это вы знаете и без меня.

@@prosmp да ,таким не пренебрегаем. У нас в городе ,в некоторых городских больницах даже обходятся без хирургов) А последствие интубаций уже видела ,к сожалению( в реабилитации(

Здравствуйте. Подскажите, пожалуйста, будет ли работать метод «давление в манжете = Pmax + 5» у пациентов с бронхообструкцией или данный вариант исключительно рассчитан на нормовентиляцию? Спасибо.

Работает у всех. У пациентов с бронхообструкцией Pmax тоже будет больше. То есть давление в манжете всегда выше, чем выдаёт аппарат ИВЛ.
