This tower remains an icon in Cuartero, Capiz. It was open to the public many years ago, however, due to reduced footfall, it became unsustainable to keep the place fully maintained. The property is now being looked after by two hard-working gentlemen who were a pleasure to deal with.

Quite interesting, which, may I say, is part of the heritage of the town of Cuartero in Capiz province that must be preserved although the bygone family owners who, unfortunately, do not have progenies, etc. I consider this as a wealth of that place that can be used creatively by the tourism office of Cuartero and of the Capiz provincial tourism office. There must be a writer to write the story or history of this olden edifice for some foreseeable reason. I would like to visit the place, if I will be allowed, to document or write documents based on pieces of evidence both factual, historical and verbal, etc. from some ageing witnesses, etc. Thank you and God bless!

I have seen a few videos where they have opened the place to the public pre-pandemic. However, I totally agree, they should get some support as part of tourism for the town of Cuartero and keep the tower maintained and opened to the public.

In addition, I suspect that this edifice was built based on mysterious purposes probably based on the dreams of the family members, or the builder himself, or for some other reasons. It seems there are meanings for every symbol there and every floor signifies something hallowed! (?)

It remains a mystery to us the real purpose of the tower and the design. It is a tough structure and apparently the second level was meant to be the living area for the family.

To have more visitors, it's gonna be the work of the Tourism office of Cuartero which is probably not interested to promote it, or perhaps there is any conflict or friction?

More or less PHP10M to PHP20M, it could be restored to its original image for tourism purposes in Cuartero!
