Great to see all these features but why aren’t they configured out-of-the box. I have the gateway metered and IQ battery installed but need to wait for someone in the Enphase back office to activate for instance AI optimisation. Phone calls with long waiting lines and none the wiser when one is going to switch on my system properly. It’s as if one buys a car but is told not to drive it until the engine is delivered 🤬
