In addition to what will be found at Laugh Tale I believe there will be some kind of weapon or something that will help Luffy be able to beat the final boss Imu. Joyboy was already close to reaching his goals and he already had all the power he needed to beat Imu while he was alive. Imu knew this and found a new way to beat Joyboy, his crew. Everyone is always apologizing to Joyboy currently like the giant robot at Egghead because they are apologizing for betraying him. And I believe that before Imu was able to defeat him Joyboy left everything for the person in his vision of 800 years in the future which is Luffy. Which I don’t really know much about what would be there but I’m confident that at Laugh Tale there will be some kind of weapon to help Luffy truly stand on the Level of a God and be able to beat Imu.

So I have a theory as to why everyone on Shanks his crew don’t have a devil fruit and it may have been brought up long long ago, but I think that when Roger went to laugh tail he told Shanks that the gum gum fruit was the Nikka fruit, and that he knew that nobody who had a devil fruit could get to laugh tails so then maybe now this war is going to be shanks and Luffy and the other members of his crew who don’t have a devil fruit it’s going to be them and and Kobe and any other pirate crew that don’t have devil fruits against the world government and the holy knights. I don’t see Shank’s being Luffy’s adversary at all.
