I think Loki may have the Mythical Zoan: Surtr fruit. Surtr is the flame gaint destined to destroy the old world in Norse mythology. It fits perfectly with the norse/viking theme of Elbaf. The giant sword, Loki's statement and even his design are massive foreshadowing. Add some fire and he looks similar to most depictions of Surtr. His transformed state might be twice the size of an ancient giant like Oars Jr, and that guy made the giant marines look like children, and that could explain why all the giant warriors were needed to restrain him.

I have an interesting theory. What if Loki has the moon god fruit? Maybe the legendary fruit passed down the royal family was the sun god nika fruit. But it never got awakened in any of them. Then world government went to elbaf to steal the nika fruit. They made a deal with loki and killed the king for that fruit. But then they stole the sun god nika fruit and replaced it with the moon god fruit. Loki ate the moon god fruit while thinking that he ate the sun god nika fruit. Meanwhile when the world government was transporting the nika fruit, shanks stole the fruit as we see in the flashback. This also makes sense because elbaf was shanks territory and after hearing what happened in elbaf he immediately realised that the world government had played tricks on loki to steal the nika fruit and went to steal the fruit himself. Everyone on elbaf including loki himself think that loki ate the sun god fruit. When in reality he ate the moon god fruit.

So I got a theory on Loki’s devil fruit. Most people are saying it’s either Fenrir the wolf that kills Oden or it’s a world serpent the giant snake that kills Thor through his injuries due to both are related to Loki. But what if it’s actually a Cerberus devil fruit? The reason for this is because there are 3 wolves that are important to ragnarok Fenrir I already mentioned but there’s also Skoll and Hati the wolves that chase and eat the moon and of course the sun which Loki calling himself isn’t him just being a arrogant king but now fact as Loki now has the means to control the Sun itself by being a the wolves themselves as a Cerberus.
