Akh Walters How not? Risen which are just very early Guardians who became Warlords and Iron lords could use any ability/super. The Drifter is one of these early Guardians known as a Risen which is why he is not one specific class, he is just a Risen who can use whatever ability/super he wants to. This does imply that current day Guardians can do this as well since nothing has changed between Risen and Guardians except for an agreement to protect humanity in the last city and form one large community

They can learn to use warlock abilities or hunter abilities etc. For example let's take warlock, they learn warlock ability but not hunter ability it is possible just hard to learn others. Its like they learn a martial art. Also the drifter can't just use them all he can use some of them we just don't know what.

Myles Campbell True, my main point is that unlike in the game it is definitely possible for a Warlock to shoulder charge or for a Hunter to pop a barricade. I think it was in D1 it is mentioned that Hunters are taught blink by Warlocks which implies that certain abilities such as blink as natural for some classes and others do require some practice. All Guardians still have the ability to learn and use other class abilities though

That's a tricky one. Do we always add past world armor to new seasonal events? Will it take away from the activities they come from? I think this season's problem with loot was the rolls, the perk combos were just all over the place.

Yeah, would have been nice to get the weapons back with random rolls. The bigger issue with the event though is the fact that Bungie bumped the difficulty 1/2 though the season. It's like they intentionally bump it once players starting hit 1k, because they didn't think it was hard enough when the season launched.

oh my goodness, yes! Add in the weapons and you get some redundancy if you're going for Wayfarer. Escalation Protocol is nearly impossible to farm without a committed group and even then finding each other is a nightmare. You have to coordinate so much for three weapons that never drop when you need them to.

The fiber optic lines the internet in my area runs on keep "breaking" supposedly, so I can't do raids, get the NF quest done, or do anything that requires me to be on a team for more than 15 mins. My internet provider said they're updating all the lines in my area, so I'm out luck until that gets done. That was in March. I'm never going to be able to get all the exotic loot since they're locked in time-sensitive events. I've even tried blitzing seraph towers when internet is available, but can't get them done on my own, and since different parts of the tower public events have been made part of the bounty system, most of the blueberry teammates have dipped out before finishing the event. I'm done.

I mean, in defense of the fiber optics, fiber optic cabling if not properly protected or handled by a professional can break very easily due to it being a few milliliters thick strand of glass in the middle transmitting data So you have 3 reasons, A. They're BSing you like you suspect B. They are hiring cheap labor and as a result breaking their fiber links due to inexperience Or C. They really are just breaking the fiber over and over somehow by sheer bad luck Either way I hope it gets resolved!

Imaging 1 month from now, we get a quest to get the famous Necrochasm. We need to kill the nightmare of oryx. We spend 20 minutes killing adds and getting to the end. We start damaging oryx, and then, he enters an immune phase, and suddenly, he doesn’t get out of it, no way of finishing the quest. I’ll be super pissed of a bug involving a boss fight and not being able to finish the quest after half an hour of killing adds and stuff.

But alas, got tired from Warframe's chores and decided to go to D2. Have to say, its the main game i play now with a little over 700 hrs. Only done a SoTP, LW, Levi and GoS. Still got plenty to do. Tho, kinda understand the rising issues plaguing D2 and considering changing to other games.

Personally preference is Destiny 2 over Warframe, don't get me wrong I love Warframe but I find it somewhat overwhelming to begin! If there is a few things Warframe has over Destiny that is Fashion,Weapons and Stalker! OMG fucking remember when Stalker appeared for the first time an instant killed me with his bow! I loved the idea of a boss hunting you down for killing other bosses over and over. THO it's mixed as he has little to nothing to do with Story besides Shadow Stalker

My favorite part of the Seraph Towers is that I CAN'T FUCKIN DO THE DAMN THINGS!!! They are far too difficult solo and there is NO interest in them AT ALL anymore. I stopped playin after Osiris, cuz I got bored, and just recently started playin again, since I have friends that are playin it now. I managed to catch my light up from 750 to 960ish in just a few days and I like most all the changes I've seen so far...but wtf is up with events and shit that is literally unreachable to anyone that wasn't there when it was first introduced?! Well we still have expansions, they never really left they even come out on the same dates or months that D1 did, there’s just content in between, I would say that Bungie is closer to the community then before, making a game isn’t easy especially now since they probably had to bring home equipment, moving things can be a problem, it’s impossible that games not have bugs and I’m not gonna say they shouldn’t fix them, they responded and actively was there with us the whole time, most game devs aren’t like that, hell look at Warframe, there devs meme more than actually try and fix things.

Mate do you even remember D1? The content drought was huge. After Crotas end hard mode, we had to wait 4 month's without ANYTHING. It was barren AF given how shit the Dark Below was. The expansion models have their own problems and people complain that there's nothing to so after the burn thru all the content in a week People can't be satisfied because it doesn't seem realistic to get substantial content out at a regular basis with the man power at Bungies disposal

Also, Felwinter, before, wasn't really a spy... he was made so to walk among the people and learn about them. TheNexo the best PvE dedicated shotgun right now is Perfect Paradox with a god roll. I have one with accurized rounds, demolitionist, and trench barrel while also having stability masterwork on top it. If you didn’t get one during last season then oh, well. Best thing you can use now is Threat Level from Scourge of the Past raid but I think that gun will be retired by Season 12 while Perfect Paradox will stick around for the rest of the year.

I remember hoping back on Destiny 2, playing a ton, then grinding for the Izanagi’s burden. Weeks passed, rare bounties passed, I couldn’t get it done. Turns out, the quest was bugged, and everyone had the issue too. Weeks passed, along with many mistakes and bugs. That burned me up so bad, I don’t play anymore. However, it’s nice too keep up every now and then on one of my most memorable series’. Also, I know Corona is putting dev teams to their barebones, but at least tell us what’s going on so there’s some sympathy for mistakes.

Agreed. There was a lot of opportunity here. My take is that this season was made with a skeleton team so they could focus resources on the fall expansion. I think Bungie could benefit from perhaps being honest and saying ‘guys, we’re not going to make season 10 or, we are introducing this event but this season will be slow because we’re building n something awesome’. I think while the community would be disappointed, we would at least feel our expectations are being managed well. In their defence, the community has been so vocal about Tess and paying for stuff that we forced them into this seasonal model which might be too high paced for them to manifest. I don’t think the quest was bugged. I think the content WASNT READY! The event was suppose to take a really long time, and even at the reduced rate, Bungie gave a weekly multiplier and a weekend multiplier, which to me says they thought it would take at least into the next week to finish. The hologram bunker content was not fully done. That’s what I believe. They expected to have more time to complete.

To be fair, Activision wasn’t entirely innocent either, as they were rushing half-baked content, yet it seems Bungie is doing the same now, except with Activision, the content barely had a passing chance to be good back then, but we are lucky to have TTK, RoI, Forsaken, and Shadowkeep. At this point, I don’t think they have rush-related issues with the content as much it is just half-baked, which is sad, because I loved playing Destiny and it’s sequel for the Raids, strikes, and some Iron Banner and Crucible. I’ve just quit playing D2 and just seeing what will happen next. Anyways, sorry to annoy, just speaking my take on the matter.

This is why not hearing anything about D3 frustrates me. If they made D3 they could rebuild the experience from the ground up to be exactly what they wanted, rather than having to try and tack everything together on the tail end of what they did their best with during the Acti days.

@@TuffMelon You know, personally, I'm not sure if D3 will ever come into existence, which is sad considering we could have a game with a Forsaken-esque approach to its story and even have Dark Guardians to truly make players question what they are fighting for, that and just being able to make a game not stained by Acti.

The lore and story for Destiny will always be great. Whoever works on that at bungie has always had their shit together and its always super cool finding out about new parts of the Destiny universe. On the other hand, whoever at bungie works on the gameplay/design of the game needs to be redirected to something else. Im sorry but the main progression system in your game should not be pre-completing bounties to then turn all of them in at the start of a season hit max power. Not to mention the shitty loot that comes with all of this "grinding". I mean there isnt one piece of armor (besides trials gear) that I have actually wanted in Destiny in a while, something that makes my character look badass.
