You should absolutely watch "History of the Earth" by Algol, its 11 minutes long, but it also has info pop-ups for events, so all the reading actually makes it 20-30 minutes. Definitely worth a watch. It also inspired this video.

Yeah we should be slowly falling into a new one, so slowly humanity would probably have oomphed itself before that could happen, but our greenhouse gas emissions are making such an impact that not knly have we negated the cooling effect, we are straight up fast forwarding to another super hot era.

1:31 i believe that one was because of the cyanobacteria converting all the present carbon dioxide into oxygen, but most living things at the time were using carbon dioxide for respiration so they died and new ones evolved which breathed oxygen

Jack The lighting in the start of the video is a great idea! You should create custom lighting based on the mood of the video! Purple for Space/Earth Videos, Green For Geoguessr/Geography videos, Blue for normal reactions etc. Perhaps you can get a lighting specialist!

Fun fact: A hypothesized planet named Theia, the size of mars, crashed into earth a few billion years ago and the debris of the crash formed the moon as well as the tilt our planet has. However, this is not confirmed and is still a mystery. (Hypothesized means not yet confirmed or explained) ♥

I saw something on Reddit that said something very crazy that showed the true age of the universe. If the start of the universe to the current time right now were mapped onto a calendar, where the beginning of the universe is on January 1st at 12:00 am and the current time of the universe is on December 31st at 11:59 pm, the homo sapiens would have only appeared at 11:52 pm on December 31st. That is just crazy.
