This is an amazing piece of music. I have literally played this video several times a day for like a whole month now. A part of me thinks this 18:31 rendition of my favorite Final Fantasy's soundtrack is the meaning of life. I love it. You are magisterial, Marc.

Thanks man! To answer your question, I don't do a lot of notation. I have the whole thing mapped out in my head and usually play the parts by ear. I do a lot of improvisation too !

What made Final Fantasy IX a perfect game to me: 1) Best ps1 graphics 2) The story and characters 3) The Music, 4) The pacing and progression 5) Comedic, with a classy touch

ntm the fact that coming off two games with a brooding protagonist, this game was a breath of fresh air with a protagonist that didn't take matters too seriously. No matter how bad things got he would try to brush it off with a certain level of snark. Then there is also the fact of a villain just as good as Kefka that makes Sephiroth look like a little bitch in comparison.
