This whole thing made me cry. Final Fantasy IX was one of the first games I ever played as a child, and was such a significant part of my childhood. Another medley that lives up to its "epic" title, but I just wanna say how impressed I am with the graphics in this one. 05:12 and 05:54, for example. I dunno how you did that but it's very impressive! I also appreciate how the frames are the same as the text boxes in FFIX. Attention to detail.

Both this and your previous FF9 medley video are just phenomenal. I especially love the "You're Not Alone" part (as did pretty much everyone else lol) because the way you play the instrument reminds me of classic Chinese songs played on dulcimers. Thank you for your works, man. Brings back great memories. Would love to hear your rendition of "Assault of the White Dragons", though. It's my favorite OST in the game. ;)

So I guess I'm listening to this tonight instead of sleeping. I feel like that's a worthy sacrifice. When you first announced this medley, I was a bit skeptical as to how it would turn out, as I thought you had used up pretty much all of the good tracks from FFIX in the first medley. I now see how wrong I was. This turned out spectacularly, and my ears are much happier for having heard it. I'd like to give special mention to the section starting at 3:44. It took me a couple seconds to realize what was going on there (possibly due to the aforementioned lack of sleep), but when it dawned on me, I'm pretty sure I actually shouted "That is BADASS!", possibly waking up at least one of my roommates in the process. It was totally worth it. Also, the video editing for this one is top-notch. Huge props to both you and Jordy.

This game, this music, is so f*cking fantastic. Every time I see something like this gives me a bittersweet nostalgia, sweet for the amazing story that I ll never forget, bitter because I ll never feel it like the first time again and because I played it on simpler, maybe happier times. A part of me wants to know more of Zidane and company, another part doesnt want to mess with something that is already perfect, except the damn trance system. I guess stories like this are meant to make you feel this way, developers must left you asking for more, and never for less (which is happening today in movies, series and games... FF7 ejhem, Metal Gear ejhem, Star wars). Great job man, Im amazed by how you spend so much time in something that probably gives you zero economic benefit. Thats true passion, for the music, for your suscribers, for Final fucking Fantasy IX.
