I bought one about a year ago and have been very disappointed, it is a six person hot tub but it focuses the jets so you only get a limited number of jets on. If you want the upper back on that half of the tub only that seat gets pressure, and it is limited to the upper back, so to me it is an oversized two person tub since it never allows all the jets to be on at the same time. If there is programming that can be changed let me know how to adjust it.
