The Glory that was Rome lives on Forever, Of an Empire , people ,a Civilization so Clever, We're still learning and in awe of the Roman Endeavor, 2000 years back they united Europe and the midEast, In marbled cities all people joined in prosperity's Feast. For 300 years , the tribes of Man enjoyed the Roman Peace, With rights , religious freedom, a golden age that didn't Cease. For 600 years until it fell in the West, Rome ruled and gave us its Best, For another 1000 years it still lit the East but wasn't the last, never the Least, 600 years more brings us to now, where our World is still held in Rome's Sway, In law ,tech, language and values, buildings & roads Rome gave to make our Today. One final thing you must know about Rome before I finish and Leave, Is that even today there are things that they did and had, that we haven't achieved! The TRUE glory of Rome is we still have to catch up...to ponder next time you're Home!

And in reply: ROME was and is real. It built roads and established international trade that is now part of this good Earths life processes. From it came Law that is still the structure of free society. From it came honor, and retirement benefits to solders that served 20 years during some of the most turbulent times of Tera' s history. And as a veteran, I DO appreciate this. ROME gave humanity even more with art, culture, government, and even tolerance, within limits. No. ROME was NOT perfect. Only as good as the humans that made up the sum. I put forth to you this. Humanity is a race, a species, of DREAMERS. And we have always reached out to take hold of them. And actually make them come true. No matter how difficult or even impossible they were. Yes. Some were even terrible nightmares. But that is NOT our signature trait. I, for one, truly believe that Humanity will one day seed the worlds of the stars. And I also believe that it will do it with the magnificence and beauty of the ROME depicted here by this amazing and talented visionary dreamer Aivara. And most certainly it/we will have learned not to repeat the mistakes of ROME. And besides all my blah blah chatter. You have to admit it. You would like to dress this COOL!
