Honestly, I like the first film more, but The Equalizer 2 was still a kick ass movie. I love these movies. Gritty action movies are my favorite kind of action movies. John Wick is a pretty great one.

Really is saying something about how out of nowhere Pedro Pascal's career exploded that his name doesn't get mentioned once in this review and he only gets called "dude" at 9:31 . And it's only been 5 years.

Fuqua a great action director, i must admit I thought this a little predictable but it's entertaining R' rated yes finally a R' rated action flick. Denzel just a damm good actor, the holds your attention when he's on screen. I really hope Fuqua gets to direct a Bond film one day. Cody your a awesome review, charming & charismatic, you deserve every success buddy, always a pint here for you if your ever in England.

You’re my go to person for thoughts on extremely violent gonzo action flicks Cody, I’ll definitely have to check this out, and UPGRADE especially! I missed that one since I only had a choice between it, and Hereditary and I chose the latter, loved that movie but with all I’m hearing about Upgrade I am very curious.

It's actually an action slash suspense thriller type movie this time around. Genre wasnt described properly but this was a solid movie to me. Equalizer 2 was a good sequel.

I really like this series, some people are looking too deep into a fun action film, with that logic John Wick wouldn't exist since that entire franchise were build on a dead puppy.

Watched it last night and was disappointed. Was very boring to me. I also would not call this an action movie. The narrative running the drama seemed cliched and did not really connect with me. Maybe if they cut it down to an hour and a half from the 2 hr runtime it would have been a bit easier to handle. I really enjoyed the first one though.
