Thank you for sharing such interesting content. It is really eye opening and all what you said makes perfect sense. I'm just curious about higher chakras like the throat, 3 eye and crown. I feel like the spiritual, female approach to explaining the world is just so easy to understand and that this knowledge is within ourselves, we just weren't ever conditioned to access and see it. The whole world has been such a male world for decades that nobody even questions how it functions and that it promotes only male approach to living. And what's worse, it is often toxic masculinity, like for example fighting or toxic femininity like requiring man to provide everything. PS. When I feel a bit down I really like to watch your videos Lada. Your way of talking is so comforting for me. It's a great quality to have. It's my personal opinion and maybe not many share my viewpoint. However, so many youtube creators talk fast, include so much detailed information that often I find it tiring to listen to or need to rewind it a few times to understand what they are really saying. On the other hand, there are some who talk in monotonous, quiet voices, what sounds more like reading not talking and this is even worse, sounds like a stream of words without any sense. Btw, the musculs you are mentioning are called Kegla muscules. The method is to inhale and squeeze for 3sec. , exhale and release 3sec. Medium strenght. Its not good to squeeze max strenght, because that might fragile the musculs. Prolonged squeezing, like you mentioned for up to 1min. , is too long. Its recomended to do pulsation squeezing for 3 sec., and you can pulsate first slowly, then you can speed up the tempo, but you have to remember to release. Squeeze and release. Squeeze and release. 10times slowly. Then squeeze and release faster tempo, 10times. P.S. Lada, thank you for bringing to us such important practice. I am a projector too, and i know how undefined sacral chakra can be confusing and tiring, this was my life until i discoved astrology and taking a deep dive into esoteric, only then i found my passion and my mission !! which was only the first stage of activating my sacral chakra, then the most painful and fearful stage was forging my own financial stability ..it wasn't easy it wasn't over night it was a huge leap for me , but when things took off , everything changed for me. there is many things can activate undefined sacral chakra but for us as a projectors we should be very mindful how we spend our energy, as we can't be in creation phase all the time .
