This a perfect example of bringing in HYPE. Ghost was the Pinnacle of Competitive COD. Phizzurp 5k's, UMG 2k's, and cod tourney pages starting tournaments EVERYDAY. Always was a way to win big money in Ghost. Now it's placement matches to then win 1 lump sum of money. Barely any outside tourneys due to infringements with the game. CDL locked much of the game's potential away, then failed to create their own hype and community. This is why the MLG and UMG events are much needed and had way more attendance than CDL. MLG Columbus 2012 was the best and most insane event I've been to. RIP.

I'm a Firm believer in paying the players a smaller amount and steer them into making their own money while playing in things such as streaming, marketing themselves, hustle for brand deals etc. It sets them up with a better mindset for the future. (streaming, brand deals etc. Players keep majority of the profit and the Org would get something like 5% - 10% ) The player gets out what they put in. Work hard and succeed instead of just living on the salary.

Reduce online play to 2 weeks instead of 3 but play the same number of games. Majors, we need more of them. Ideally, we have 12 majors with every team hosting one, but realistically, we do 8. Majors should be 12 cdl teams and 4 challengers teams, group play with 4 groups of 4, play every team in your group twice on thursday/friday and saturday/sunday we have a full winners/losers bracket. All this would be possible if we had 2 streams at majors. Champs should be done with 24 teams and bottom 4 CDL teams and the 12 challengers teams play a 16 team swiss bracket, top 8 move on and then do your standard major format with the remaining 16 teams

Scumpii and Zin, basically when you set the hook... depends on the bait, the crank bait yall we using with the treble hooks you don't really have to. But if you are using a soft plastic or a spinner bait with a blade... you feel the bite, wait for a sec to see which way they are running with it (left or right) and set the hook the opposite way that they are running.
