I have a question , how much time a day will be good to do meditation , for evolution to happen , is 30 min a right time????

@oumlenn, a more pertinent question would be - what time of day is it best to meditate? Mohanji has given clear guidance that the early morning hours, between 3am and 6am are the most subtle, the period when spiritual practices are likely to have most benefit. In terms of the amount of time spent in meditation, surely that would depend on how long you can meditate for. You could start with whatever amount is comfortable for you to start with, and build it up from there. With love, Mohanji's team.
