@@FarmerKlein also good news you can unload a partial bale from the JD one on console from the main chamber, and fold it with cotton in the pre chamber something you couldn't do in 22.

The unload option is only available if autounload is off.

I learned about the cotton contract the hard way early on. Said the contract was 20% done on a one hectare size field when I finished, the partial cotton would not unload, so I had no income and had to pay the cost of leasing the cotton equipment, I think I was many thousands of dollars in the hole. Fun stuff. I think the farmer who owns the field works for Giants. Thanks for the information on the tailor and rope maker. I would have thought they would make even more money. I was about to get into sheep and will stop with the spinnery now. Maybe Giants will fix those two production centers in an update.

Cotton is my favorite easy crop. It is easy to scale up fast.

You can use telehandler or forklift to pick them up and sit them on a normal flatbed. So special trailer needed

True, the intention of the video is showing off the specific equipment designed for the crop. As normal with FS there are many ways to accomplish the same task.

I personally prefer the Case because it will unload bales without the need for mods, unlike that JD! That John Deer taught me a 50k lesson I wont be forgetting anytime soon.

You actually had 1600 clothes once you changed your fabric so a profit of aprox $53000 for clothing. A nice little upgrade and well worth it if you are running alot of cotton.

it only spawns out 1K liter pallets so 600K in storage couldnt be sold. unless of course you set it to auto sell but then your not getting the same price.

Use the Case cotton harvester. It is way better then the junk John Deere one.

hi FK. was waiting for this video. i have made 3 big fields and get a little over 50 round bales bales of cotton. mine is set to hard so price is not the same but if my caculations is correct which i hope i get more from clothes than fabric. though is just a little bit more and the cost of making it i dunno if it is worth doing clothes though but great video thanks

Does cotton regrow or is it one time harvest? I noticed yhat on the map it stays showing as cotton so ngl if its multiple harvest thats like easy money. At the same time i hope its not because i replanted it like twice now one about 23 acres lol

It does not regrow. Even after harvest most crops will show the past crop on a field until its plowed or cultivated or replanted or seeded.
