Does the laptop storage have a false bottom? So that the laptop does not hit the ground whenever the laptop is placed anywhere?

Good question! It definitely has space between the bottom of the laptop sleeve and the bottom of the backpack. I wouldn't worry about your laptop being damaged in this backpack!

Does a 70-200 f2.8 Sony Lens and a 24-70 f2.8 Sony lense fit? Camera is Sony a7 iii

Not entirely sure, but it does have tons of room with the top part and the bottom part combined! I'd say you could make it fit!
