If you want to avoid double handling with a link tree that takes more clicks, you could also run an intermediary page that links to the service they’ve clicked automatically, and says something like “taking you to now” in a pop up window and trigger the relevant pixel there, then auto close the window after a couple of seconds

I usually put it on the home page before the footer and as a small pop up on the bottom right (or left) on every page (with a 5sec time delay so it doesn’t feel intrusive). Works really well.
