Under International law, the only country an individual has a legal right to both leave, and enter, is their own. That also means that a foreign government cannot deny entry to one of its nationals, unless they remove citizenship. Such as the case with shamina begum. So, if countries are denying the UK gov returning migrants to their home country, then those countries are breaking international law. The "returns agreements" only apply to returning migrants to countries they crossed to get here, not their home countries.

We simply have to detain and deport any illegals (aka anyone without a British passport or invitation to come), either to their home country or a willing third country such as Rwanda. as an immigrant who came to the European Union legally (learned the language, found a job, got a visa through the embassy in my country and crossed the border through the border crossing with my passport, got a job and have been working for 7 years), I can say that people who cross borders in an illegal way, they are already committing a criminal act and they haven't even started living in that country, they need to be sent back to where they came from.. if someone is fleeing from war, it is logical that they flee to a country that borders their own country, and these economic immigrants deserve to be returned.
